Straight Arm Against Wall Stretch

The "Straight Arm Against Wall Stretch" primarily targets the Pectoralis Major (chest) and Anterior Deltoid (front of the shoulder), as well as the Biceps.  It's a great stretch to release unwanted tension in the chest and shoulder, and should always be done after a solid chest workout.  To feel a little bit more Biceps, face your palms behind you so that your thumb is pointing downwards.
