Kneeling Lower Back Stretch

The "Kneeling Lower Back Stretch" will primary stretch the lower back muscles (Erector Spinae) and the general back (Latissimus Dorsi).  If you have tension or tightness in the lower back, this will be a relaxing stretch - make sure you reach out with your fingers for an extra stretch in the back region.  Anybody with knee/shin injuries should avoid this stretch and try an alternative lower back stretch.
